The Hotel Valemare Tropea offers great value for money, as it is very close to the Mediterranean Sea even in November. Its location is fantastic, being close to the centre of the village with excellent patisseries, as well as being right by the sea. The staff are very friendly and provide excellent service, with comfy beds in the rooms that have all the necessary facilities. Additionally, the rooms have a separate living room and bedroom, as well as a private balcony.
No improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the seafront and a short walk to the town center. the hotel rooms are large and comfortable with great facilities. the staff is friendly and accommodating.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, it seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a while.

This hotel provided a value for money experience that surpassed our expectations. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the wonderful location on the cliffs above some stunning beaches, with direct access right onto the sand. The restaurant, with its terrace overlooking the sea, offered magnificent views and the staff there were excellent. The rooms were well-equipped, with a modern design and a separate living room and bedroom, which was perfect for our needs. Plus, the highlight was definitely the breathtaking views from the terrace. Lastly, the breakfast was outstanding, and the best we've had in Italy!
Everything was absolutely fine!

I recently had an exceptional stay at this hotel on the Calabrian coast. The location is stunning, as it is perched on the cliffs above some wonderful beaches. The hotel even has its own path down the cliff for easy access to the beach. The rooms offer fabulous views, and I especially loved the layout with a separate living room and bedroom. The design is quite modern, and the terrace added a nice touch. The staff was fantastic and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a wide variety of warm Italian side dishes and other items. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the array of special treats, like desserts and fruit delivered to the room in the afternoons. this hotel provided great value for money and had all the basic amenities I needed for a fantastic stay.
All was perfectly fine.

The breakfast terrace had a great view, and the location was really convenient – it was just a short walk to the town center and there was a private staircase to the beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and there were no pictures on the walls or any other effort to make the room feel comfortable. The furniture was also uncomfortable and there was a large window with a broken lock that couldn't be secured.
